Numbers that look like people, without storing their IP
Bots kept out of the count
We don't count clicks from hosting IPs or known crawlers. No filter is perfect, but this makes the numbers closer to real people.
One person, one click every 30 minutes
If the same person opens the same link several times within 30 minutes, it counts once. A double tap or a refresh won't inflate your stats.
No stored IPs
We use the IP to estimate the country and city and then discard it: only an irreversible hash is kept to detect repeats.

Analytics FAQ
What data can I see about people who open my link?
How many clicks it got and when, from which countries and cities, on which devices, browsers, and operating systems, in which language, and which site they came from. We don't see or show names, emails, or who each person is.
Are the stats real time?
Almost. Dashboard data refreshes every 2 min on the free plan and every 10 s on the Pro plan.
How much history can I see?
The free plan shows up to 30 days and the Pro plan up to 6 months. To see more than the last week on the free plan, confirm your account's email.
Do bots count as clicks?
Not the ones from hosting IPs or known crawlers. No filter is perfect, so some unusual automated traffic can slip through.
Do you store the IP of people who click?
No. We use it to estimate the country and city and then discard it; we only keep an irreversible hash so repeats aren't counted. More detail in the privacy policy.
Can I measure a campaign with UTM parameters?
Yes. Add utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign to your link and your analytics tool, for example Google Analytics, also sees where each visit comes from. Miniurl also counts the clicks on the short link.
Can I export the stats?
Yes, as a CSV with your links and their stats: on the free plan once every 24 h; on Pro, unlimited exports.
Can I get the stats through the API?
Yes, with the Pro plan. On the free plan the API lets you create and manage links but doesn't return analytics.
